Your favorite three empathic ladies are here on the podcast today and ready to dive right into today’s most pressing vibrations: Anxiety! Sabrina has been feeling slightly anxious these past few days because there was a full moon out and her body could not calm down. She kept reminding herself that the moon was out and about, peaking it’s little head out, which meant there was a bit more psychic pressure generating around us than normal.    This week’s theme is about: Increased anxiety and listening to your body.    Highlights: Full moon = increased psychic pressure. [4:50]  It’s so easy to project your own anxiety onto everybody else and blame them and not look at the culprit, which is you! [6:15] Sonia C. is currently unsure where she wants to live. The back and forth travel is draining her. [9:30] Is this anxiety or is it my intuition? [9:50]  He’s a wonderful person until he’s 10 drinks in. Uh, excuse me? [16:00]  Maybe you're really anxious because you’re ignoring the red flags. [16:30]  Sabrina went to the wrong airport once, but she always comes prepared. [23:00]  Sonia C. always feels like she has a bad hair day. [31:35]  Can’t fall asleep? Listen to your inner voices. [34:45]  Tool of the week. [37:45] Question of the week. [40:10]   Sonia T. ran out of gas. She’s been in full production mode the last few weeks and she’s starting to feel the slow burn inside that’s telling her to be gentle with herself. Sonia T. is actually sore from doing yoga, so she knows she’s been out of balance and out of alignment for a while now. Sonia C. agrees. We just have to pay more special attention to the world around us and how they affect us. Empaths have enhanced senses for a reason!    Sonia C. realizes that she was getting overly sensitive to other people. Their vibrations were kind of throwing her off, which created an internal snowball effect. She deeply cares what other people are feeling, so if she isn’t careful, their emotional turmoil can sweep her off her feet! So far, Sonia C. has been managing these vibes through taking a lot of mini breaks, showers, and mental reframing.    Tool of the Week: That’ll do little brain, that’ll do.
