Episode 54: How to Turn an Obstacle into an Opportunity

Release Date:

All three ladies are on the call today! Sonia C. has been getting some terrible renovation noises in Paris and it seems it’ll keep carrying on for the next two years! Ouch. It’s so bad that Sonia C. has to move. The funny thing is, Sonia C. has been saying for years that she’s wanted to move and, you guessed it, the universe is finally giving her that much needed shove that she needs.    This week’s theme is about: Feeling grounded in the unknown.    Highlights: It’s time to do something different. Sonia C. is finally listening to the universe. [2:50] It takes some time to fully uproot Sonia C.. She really likes her home and her space, even if there’s a pigeon infestation everywhere. [5:35] The one thing Sonia C. tries to hold on to the most is home. When her life’s a big unknown adventure, you need something stable to be grounded to. [12:50]  The ladies know it’s time to do something different. Why is there resistance? [18:45] When Sabrina finds herself in an unknown place, cooking helps keep her grounded. [24:00] The challenge is to not get too enmeshed in your routines and stuck in how you ‘always’ do things. [29:45]  It’s easy to find joy outside of yourself and constantly chase it, but it’s incredibly important to take care of your inner self, too. [34:10] Tool of the week. [38:00] Question of the week. [39:50] If you’re feeling fed by your routine. Keep it up! [44:40]   Not everything is perfect. Sonia C. did have a pity party for herself, but she gave herself a good 90 minutes to feel the feelings. And then, she was ready to see this challenge as an invitation. What can this teach her about life? Sabrina finds this so funny on why she procrastinated so long to move. Every apartment they've stayed in has had its glaring red flags, but for some reason when Sonia C. settles into a new space (even though it’s awful), she’ll make up every excuse to stay. This is a pattern Sabrina has witnessed over and over! Uprooting Sonia C. takes some time.    Sonia C. really believed that everyone would have to go through a great reset…except for her. She was so excited to be able to hold this space and be the cheerleader for others, so this new unexpected move really blindsided her. Sonia T. believes that when our outer world is so chaotic, we just need something stable to anchor and hold on to. Sonia C. is notorious for going on a new adventure, so it makes sense why she feels so strongly about holding on to a not-so-ideal home space when she comes back.    Question of the Week: I use different channels to connect with my guides. Is this too confusing for them? Am I overdoing it?    Tool of the Week: If you’re in a pity party, ask yourself: Why is this happening for me?    Continue on Your Journey: More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette’s Vibe Tribe Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina’s Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com Masterclass: You’re Glorious Life by Sonia Tully
