As we’re going through a full moon and an eclipse, this can be one of the many things that can wear out an intuitive and empathic person. Sonia T. is feeling a bit tired and it’s been a bit of a struggle to practice her usual self-care rituals. Sonia C. also is feeling drained, which is why today’s topic is about how to be caring and take care of those around you while also practicing self care.    This week’s theme is about: How to balance self-care.    Highlights: Babies just seem to have this ability to revitalize you. [2:45] Do you find yourself taking care of other people as a way to take care of yourself? [4:30] Empaths have to learn how to say no. [6:30] Do you know your own boundaries? And do you honor them? [9:45] Sonia C. shares a story on how to set boundaries with friends and take care of yourself. [15:35] What do you do when you hurt your friend’s feelings while trying to practice self-care? [21:40] You take care of your spirit the same way you take care of yourself when you’re sick. [27:25] Tool of the week! [31:10] Question of the week [34:55] Stop putting spiritual judgements on yourself! [39:10]   Sonia C. has really overscheduled herself. She is working on her revised version of her book, Trust Your Vibes, (which will be out in June!) on top of her regular schedule. This has caused Sonia C. to not make her self care a priority. She felt the full effects of this recently and realized she needed more naps in her life. She needs to prioritize more resets throughout her day. Sonia C. knows she’s not the only one! Empaths just have this ability to get wiped out really quickly, especially if their day gets full.    Sonia T. also has this problem where she puts way too many things on her plate and does not schedule enough breaks and resets throughout her week. By the end, she can feel completely drained. She finds herself setting herself up for failure and then falls into a cycle of feeling bad about it!
