Episode 37: How to Reset and Be Present

Sonia C. and Sonia T. are in Sedona, Arizona! Sonia C. had to travel 20+ hours from Paris to visit the United States and Sonia T. also just recently came back from Paris. When they both got to Arizona, they were absolutely exhausted. Due to the time change, Sonia C. has been waking up at 4am and, because Sonia T. is sharing a bedroom with her, it's been annoying Sonia T. Both of the ladies are having trouble getting on a normal routine.   This week’s theme is about: Being Present.   Both Sonia C. and Sonia T. are very energetically-sensitive people. So, they can tell when one person can not sit still or if they're being restless. Sonia C. tried to unwind before their afternoon hike, and she just couldn't get into the space of 'being present'. This had a negative cascading effect on Sonia T. because she feeds off the energy of others around her. In the end, the ladies had to spend some alone time away from each other to avoid having a big blow up!    The problem with empaths is that both Sonia C. and Sonia T. are trying to take care of each other, but neither one of them is ''seeing it' or 'feeling it' because they're tired. This causes frustration. The best way to maintain peace and harmony is to often walk away and breathe. If this happens in your space, remember to not feel personally offended by someone trying to temporarily distance themselves from you, sometimes it's just the best way to gain clarity, calmness, and perspective.   Question of the Week: My job is terrible, I feel trapped, what can I do?    Tool of the Week: Don't just take a breath and 'be present'.
