Life's not easy for Doug Eiffel, the communications officer for the U.S.S. Hephaestus Research Station, currently on Day 448 of its orbit around red dwarf star Wolf 359. He's stuck on a scientific survey mission of indeterminate length, 7.8 light years from Earth. His only company on board the station are stern mission chief Minkowski, insane science officer Hilbert, and Hephaestus Station's sentient, often malfunctioning operating system Hera. He doesn't have much to do for his job other than monitoring static and intercepting the occasional decades-old radio broadcast from Earth, so he spends most of his time creating extensive audio logs about the ordinary, day-to-day happenings within the station. But the Hephaestus is an odd place, and life in extremely isolated, zero gravity conditions has a way of doing funny things to people's minds. Even the simplest of tasks can turn into a gargantuan struggle, and the most ordinary-seeming things have a way of turning into anything but that. Wolf 359 is a radio drama in the tradition of Golden Age of Radio shows. Take one part space-faring adventure, add one part character drama, and mix in one part absurdist sitcom, and you get Wolf 359.

The Infected Trilogy
The Infected Trilogy is a three-book audio fiction series from #1 New York Times bestselling novelist Scott Sigler. "Part Stephen King, part Chuck Palahniuk, INFECTED blends science fiction and horror into a pulpy masterpiece of action, terror, and suspense.” James Rollins, New York Times bestselling author of The Judas Strain and Black Order “INFECTED is a marvel of gonzo, in-your-face, up-to-the-minute terror.” Lincoln Child, New York Times bestselling author of Deep Storm and Death Match "INFECTED is a bucking pulp pony that throws you this way and that, and just when you think you've got your balance, that ole pony bucks the other way. It’s one hell of an exhilarating ride." Joe R. Lansdale, World Horror Convention Grand Master and six-time Bram Stoker Award-winning author of Bubba Ho-Tep and Hap & Leonard SEASON 1: INFECTED Across America, a mysterious disease turns ordinary people into raving murderers who inflict brutal horrors on strangers, themselves, and even their own families. Working under the government’s shroud of secrecy, CIA operative Dew Phillips crisscrosses the country trying in vain to capture a live victim. With only decomposing corpses for clues, CDC epidemiologist Margaret Montoya races to analyze the science behind this deadly pathogen. She learns that these killers all have one thing in common – they’ve been contaminated by a bioengineered parasite, shaped by a complexity far beyond the limits of known science. Meanwhile Perry Dawsey – a hulking former football star now resigned to life as a cubicle-bound desk jockey – awakens one morning to find several mysterious welts growing on his body. Soon Perry finds himself acting and thinking strangely, hearing voices . . . he is infected. The fate of the human race hinges on the bloody war Perry must wage with his own body, because the parasites want something from him, something that goes beyond mere murder. SEASON 2: CONTAGIOUS The brutal epidemic sweeping America is driven not by evolution, but rather by some unknown, malevolent intelligence. Standing against this unimaginable threat is a small group assembled under the strictest secrecy. Hulking former football star Perry Dawsey possesses an unexplainable ability to locate the disease’s hosts. Violent and unpredictable, Dawsey is both the nation’s best hope and a terrifying liability. Hardened CIA veteran Dew Phillips must somehow forge a connection with Perry if they’re going to stand a chance against this maddeningly adaptable opponent. Working with them is Margaret Montoya, a brilliant epidemiologist who fights for a cure even as she reels under the weight of endless horrors. This trio has kept humanity in the game, but when the disease becomes contagious, it triggers a fast countdown to Armageddon. SEASON 3: PANDEMIC To some, Doctor Margaret Montoya is a hero — a brilliant scientist who saved the human race from an alien intelligence determined to exterminate all of humanity. To others, she’s a monster—a mass murderer single-handedly responsible for the worst atrocity ever to take place on American soil. All Margaret knows is that she’s broken. The blood of a million deaths stain her hands. Endless guilt and crippling nightmares chew at her, take pieces of her soul, drown her in self-hatred so crippling she can't salvage her marriage, let alone be even a shadow of the warrior she once was. FORBIDDEN CASSETTES: CONSUMMATION
Silk House Productions
Forbidden Cassettes: Consummation is an analog horror podcast created by Kevin Scott Joiner & Adrian Vanderbosch. Dov Kandel has spent the better part of two decades exposing vast government conspiracies and exploring unsettling paranormal phenomena on his popular, late-night talk radio program, KANDEL AGAINST THE DARK. After interviewing thousands of callers and guests, he’s certain he’s heard it all. His next guest will prove him wrong. Author and investigator Orson Libretti has joined Dov for an unprecedented two-night discussion to promote his new novel, CONSUMMATION. It is an apocalyptic tale of cosmic-horror. But for Orson, this is no ordinary book tour. Defying his publisher’s demands that the book be marketed as fiction, he insists that it is based on actual events — a cataclysmic chain reaction that annihilated a parallel universe. A questionable claim, to be sure, if he didn’t have the tapes to prove it. Visit the official site for more information: www.forbiddenpod.com

Every five minutes, a transplant candidate dies while waiting for a compatible heart, liver, or kidney. Imagine a technology that could provide those life-saving transplant organs for a high price, and imagine what a company would do to monopolize that technology. On a remote island in Lake Superior, a team of geneticists has unlocked this holy grail of medicine. By reverse-engineering thousands of genomes, they dial back the evolutionary clock to re-create the progenitor of all mammals. The method? Illegal. The result? An AI-designed animal whose organs can be safely transplanted into any person. There's just one problem: these "ancestors" are not the docile herd animals the scientists envisioned. Instead, the project spawns something big, something evil … something very, very hungry. As creators become prey in an ultimate battle for survival, the research team must fight for their lives — even while government agents close in to shut the project down, and the deep-pocketed company backing this research reveals its own cold-blooded agenda. ANCESTOR is a complete, serialized fiction podcast by Number One New York Times bestselling novelist Scott Sigler, with all episodes available -- binge the entire story now in your favorite podcast app. Or for print, eBook, and ad-free audiobook versions of the tale, visit scottsigler.com/ancestor. PRAISE FOR ANCESTOR "This story sizzles with tension. Danger and drama mix with cutting-edge science to produce a top-notch, action-packed adventure. If you think Scott Sigler just writes horror, you're dead wrong. This guy is one heck of a thriller writer." Steve Berry, New York Times bestselling author of THE PARIS VENDETTA and THE CHARLEMAGNE PURSUIT "Michael Crichton may be gone, but he has a worthy successor in Scott. This book takes thriller and science fiction conventions and slams them together to make something new and fascinating." Simon R. Green, New York Times bestselling author of THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UNCANNY and AGENTS OF LIGHT AND DARKNESS "Sigler has a unique talent for keeping readers on the edge of their seats; I absolutely had to know what was going to happen next. Infected is full of mayhem, action, and gore -- and you won’t be able to put it down." Dave Wellington, author of 13 BULLETS and the MONSTER ISLAND trilogy "Fun, creepy, and impossible to stop reading, Ancestor is the rare thriller that's based on cutting-edge science and is entirely possible. Long after you're done with the book, you'll still be looking over your shoulder. Just in case.” Phil Plait, PhD, author of DEATH FROM THE SKIES and UNDER ALIEN SKIES CREDITS: Presented by Empty Set Entertainment Written and narrated by Scott Sigler Audio engineering by Steve Riekeberg (SteveRiekeberg.com) Podcast production assistance by Allie Press and Evo Terra of Simpler Media Productions (Simpler.media) For more audio fiction from Scott Sigler, please visit ScottSigler.com

For fans of The Hunger Games, Divergent, and Red Rising comes a gripping sci-fi adventure in which a group of teenagers wake up in a mysterious corridor with no knowledge of who they are or how they got trapped. Their only hope lies with an indomitable young woman who must lead them not only to answers but to survival. A teenage girl awakens to find herself trapped in a coffin. She has no idea who she is, where she is, or how she got there. Fighting her way free brings little relief - she discovers only a room lined with caskets and a handful of equally mystified survivors. Beyond their room lies a corridor filled with bones and dust but no people and no answers. She knows only one thing about herself - her name, M. Savage, which was engraved on the foot of her coffin. She finds herself in charge. She is not the biggest among them or the boldest, but for some reason the others trust her. Now, if they're to have any chance, she must get them to trust one another. Whatever the truth is, she is determined to find it and confront it. If she has to lead, she will make sure they survive. Maybe there's a way out, a rational explanation, and a fighting chance against the dangers to come. Or maybe a reality they cannot comprehend lies just beyond the next turn.

From #1 New York Times bestselling author Scott Sigler comes a tale of murder, madness, and an unspeakable evil lurking beneath the streets of San Francisco. San Francisco homicide inspector Bryan Clauser is losing his mind. How else to explain his dreams, dreams that mirror — with impossible accuracy — gruesome murders drenching the city in blood? How else to explain the feelings these dreams provoke in him? Not disgust, not horror, but excitement. As Bryan and his longtime partner Pookie' Chang investigate the killings, they learn that things are even stranger than they initially seem. The victims are all enemies of an ostracized teenage boy, a boy gripped by the same violent, prescient dreams that haunt Bryan. When Bryan and Pookie dig deeper, they uncover disturbing details of a mysterious cult known as “Marie’s Children,” and of San Francisco’s secret history of serial killers, a history that their superiors — from the mayor to the police chief and on down — seem desperate to keep hidden. Featuring a dazzlingly plotted mystery and a terrifying descent into a nightmarish underworld -— along with some of the most incredible action scenes ever told and an explosive, gut-wrenching conclusion you won't soon forget — NOCTURNAL is a spectacular outing from one of the horror genre's brightest stars.
