Release Date:

Sonia T. woke up at the wrong side of the bed. She's taking it as a sign from the universe to slow down and be more grounded. It’s a cold day in New Orleans and it’s a perfect time to spend it in bed! Sonia C. shares that most empaths don’t give themselves a rest until the world knocks them back in their place. It’s always good to give yourself some time to rest.   This week’s theme is about: Self-Care Routines for Empaths and Intutives   Highlights: How do you live a more conscious and grounded life if you are an empath? [2:55] Some of your relationships might have to change to take care of yourself. It shouldn’t be a one-way street. [4:15] Give yourself the permission to check in on your value systems, including the value for yourself. [8:25] Empaths can suffer from low self esteem. They are a good mirror for others but not for themselves. [9:20] In the daily shared experience of friendships, empaths should make the decision of only surrounding themselves with those who match their good vibes. [17:10] If you are in a bad mood and need space, ask for it. But to be fair, assure the other person that you will be back. [21:40] It’s okay if things aren’t okay. Just because you are sensitive to energy, doesn’t mean it’s your job to control everyone else. [24:15] Prioritize yourself as an act of self love. [26:05] Tool of the week. [29:25] Question of the week. [30:45]   Sonia C. and Sonia T. have been in one-sided relationships and they had to learn the hard way on how to prioritize themselves as an act of self-care. It’s hard being an empath when you can feel everyone’s energy so it’s important to communicate your needs and make the decision of only surrounding yourself with daily experiences that match your energy.    As intuitives, we need to know that we can’t make everyone else fess up to what they’re feeling. Everybody is going to be as conscious as they choose. Being an empath doesn’t mean it’s your responsibility to control everyone else! So take time for yourself and rest. Just because you are doing nothing, it doesn’t mean nothing is being done.   Question of the Week: How do you encourage others to step into their own intuitive power while still assisting them and how can you keep yourself from giving away your own spiritual power?   Tool of the Week: Make a list of five values that helps take care of you.   Continue on Your Journey: More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette’s Vibe Tribe Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina’s Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: itsallrelatedpodcastquestions@gmail.com
