Episode 102: Rebecca Campbell: Live Your True Intuitive Life

This week the ladies have a special guest on the show, Rebecca Campbell! Rebecca is a transformational writer, speaker and podcaster supporting people to connect with the wisdom within. As a mystic, Rebecca's mission is to weave the sacred back into everyday life.   This week’s theme is about: Adventures of an intuitive.    Highlights: What was it like growing up as an intuitive kid? [1:15] Sonia T. and Sabrina reflect on what it’s like growing up in the Sonia C. household. [4:30] Dance and movement has always caught Rebecca’s attention. [9:25] Rebecca’s father was always a big feeler of emotions. [9:40] What has motherhood taught Rebecca? [16:55] Sabrina is teaching her daughter about boundaries, but as intuitives these things can be so hard. [23:00]  People are much more receptive now about being intuitive. [30:30]  It is not your job to convince people that their intuition is real. [33:45] Before I answer your question, what does your spirit say? [34:30] What does Rebecca do and how can she help you? [41:25] Rebecca asks about Sonia C.’s deaf mother and how she became intuitive. [45:45]   As an intuitive child, Rebecca really internalized a lot of big feelings the family was going through. She could never verbally speak her mind. She had to write her feelings down and it was one of the only ways to really normalize and release those emotions. She’d often write lengthy essays to her mother to express herself. Her mother had also taught her to pray, so when she was feeling these intense emotions and very misunderstood, she often spoke to God to help find guidance.    Rebecca grew up with a father that would regularly cry in public. She remembers a time where she performed a dance piece for her father on his birthday and he couldn’t help the waterworks. All of Rebecca’s friends and even the school nuns knew he was a gentle-hearted and fearless man.
