Intuition can be such a ‘soft’ thing. Many of us living in a very facts-based world can have a hard time really knowing or sensing whether they’ve got this intuition stuff down correctly. Are they just making it up? Is this really your intuition speaking to you? How do you know? [29:30] Question of the week. [32:50]   People who are just beginning to get re-engaged with their intuition often get the whole idea of it  wrong. They think their intuition will just suddenly appear and that it’ll all click into place. The reality is that if you’ve been blocked off from your inner sense, it’s going to take time to really hone in and listen to the stubble cues that it provides. Sonia C. likes to always ask, what is your relationship with your physical body? It has to start there first.     Sabrina agrees, but she also believes we can’t get intune with our intuition because we’re super distracted. Whether it be by the phones, TV, work, friends, we’re constantly distracted by how fast-paced our society is. How can you expect to feel ‘grounded’ if you have never taken the opportunity to feel the ground?
