Meditation: Solar Plexus Chakra: Fire

Today’s healing will focus on the solar plexus chakra. The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support. 

To best experience this energy treatment…..lie down and be comfortable.

Lets invoke….I call forth your spirit…spirit guides…Angels…masters and guardians to surround you at this time. Working with fire to aid you in power, vitality and strength.…..and so it is….and so be it…..

Close down your eyes….feel your body descend… deeper… and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journey…..a journey of self discovery and a personal quest…..

It is time to acknowledge and channel your power….PAUSE
I know you feel powerful deep within………but sometimes life throws you off balance and challenges you…..Let's reclaim your power now…..PAUSE

Move all your attention to your belly…..PAUSE…direct your breath there….as you breathe in through the nose…. and out through the nose….feel your belly expand on the in breath….and contract on the out breath…….PAUSE

Similar to a balloon….your belly inflates on the inhale……and deflates on the exhale……keep breathing like this for a few more rounds….LONG PAUSE

Just like fire transmutes and transforms….you do too…PAUSE

Allow the yellow fire to enter your belly…..yellow like the rays of the sun…..burning….warming and becoming…PAUSE

The ray of life burns within us….. a spark…..a spark of power and strength…..PAUSE
Feel your solar plexus be ignited with this yellow golden glow……..PAUSE

Your belly is getting warmer and warmer…..burning away any remnants of powerlessness….
This light which started as a spark is now growing……and growing……it fills your entire abdomen……PAUSE

You are feeling stronger and stronger……PAUSE

This light begins to move upward towards your chest……..down your arms and fingers…..up your throat and neck……and pauses at your face……PAUSE

Feel your face warm as if it is being warmed by the sun……

Feel the top of your head warm and inviting…..

Feel your entire body tingle with warmth and vitality…..PAUSE

Expand your awareness weaving a web of power….growing higher and brighter….PAUSE

This power flows through you easily and effortlessly…..ease….and calming….

You are one with this power…..this power around you and within you…PAUSE

Take a moment and reflect…when you knew you had this power…..

Times when you felt this connection, importance, strength and vitality…..PAUSE

When were the times power flowed through you…..easily and….gracefully….PAUSE

Return to those emotions….

Feel them now…..feel your body and mind radiate with purpose….PAUSE

This fire now burns away anything left……cleansing and clearing….PAUSE

Any and all blocks to your solar plexus are dissolving now….LONG PAUSE

Exhilarated, your body relaxes…..you are at peace with this new knowing of strength and power….PAUSE

Come back to your breath…..welcome it in…..joyfully…PAUSE


The integration is complete…….Your solar plexus chakra is feeling more balanced…..healed and open……PAUSE
