Welcome to the Angelic Reiki Meditation, a sacred journey guided by the healing energy of Archangel Raphael.. …Archangel Raphael is the Angel of healing…… He comes forth glowing with an emerald green light…… to heal all he encounters…. Allow his presence to guide you into deep relaxation… inner and outer harmony and wellbeing.

We call forth our spirit, spirit guides, Angels and Archangel Raphael. To bless and surround our space…place any intentions of your own now…..and so it is and so be it….PAUSE

Find a comfortable and quiet space where you won't be disturbed lying down….. and take a few moments to settle into a relaxed position…….. Close down your eyes and begin to focus on your breath……allowing each inhale and exhale to deepen your state of relaxation.

Imagine a soft….. emerald-green light surrounding you….. a gentle and soothing glow that represents the healing presence of Archangel Raphael…….. Feel this light enveloping your entire being….. creating a cocoon of love and divine energy.

As you breathe……become aware of any areas in your body that may be holding tension or discomfort…….PAUSE

Visualize Archangel Raphael standing before you…….his wings of healing love extending towards you……..PAUSE  
Trust that his energy is here to bring healing to your body….. mind…..and spirit…LONG PAUSE

Begin by focusing on your physical body…….. Imagine a radiant green light penetrating every cell….. tissue…… and organ…… Feel the warmth and comfort as Archangel Raphael's healing energy flows through you…… releasing any physical tension or discomfort……
Picture your body bathed in green light….. restoring balance and vitality….LONG PAUSE

Now….shift your awareness to your mind……PAUSE

See a gentle breeze of emerald-green light sweeping through your thoughts……. Allow any mental burdens or worries to be lifted as Archangel Raphael's healing energy clears your mind….. bringing clarity….. peace….. and a sense of calm….LONG PAUSE
As the healing light continues to surround you…….. turn your attention to your Spirit…….PAUSE
