Today’s healing will focus on the third eye chakra. The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support. 

To best experience this energy treatment…..lie down and be comfortable.

Lets invoke….I call forth your spirit…spirit guides…Angels…masters and guardians to surround you at this time. Working with the energy or light to aid you in visualization, imagination and your intuition.…..and so it is….and so be it…..

Close down your eyes….feel your body descend… deeper… and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journey…..a journey of self discovery and a personal quest…..

The third eye chakra located in the middle of your forehead between your eyes…..the place of seeing, clairvoyance and dream state….PAUSE

Travel deep behind your two physical eyes…..float in a sea of emptiness and cradled in darkness…..PAUSE

In this darkness behind your eyes there is so much to see…….

So much to know…..PAUSE

So much peace….PAUSE

Breathe a bit slower…and allow your body to stretch out and relax…

Settle into the warm, peaceful darkness within…..PAUSE

You are safe in this inner space….inner space of knowingness…..PAUSE

Deep within yourself….

Feel…..hear….be……not seeing just yet……just allowing the darkness to envelope you….PAUSE

The darkness washes over you and you sink deeper…….deeper…… PAUSE

You are enjoying the stillness……the peace and calm…..

Somewhere in the darkness……..you begin to see in your mind's eye…..a tiny light…..PAUSE
A flicker of light……indigo in color….PAUSE

It feels off in the distance……..at first…..but it’s getting closer and closer …..

This light begins to grow……larger and larger…..filling your entire forehead……

Now it fills your face… and head……..PAUSE

You now feel wrapped in this indigo velvet light……PAUSE

You feel safe……..you feel calm…..you feel receptive…..PAUSE

Do not be afraid…….keep trusting the process….to learn and grow…to see the unseen….. To feel the internal knowingness…….PAUSE

Like an owl who sees in the darkness……you too will trust your vision…your insights…. PAUSE

Open your mind and look about…….receive and find clarity….LONG PAUSE

What do you wish to see?.......

What are you calling forth to your inner vision?.......

What does this indigo light bring to you?........PAUSE

You are feeling more and more connected to your higher self and inner knowing…PAUSE

Anything that is not serving you from a place of intuition is being washed away…….

Washed away so that you can live fully and completely clear….. trusting in the universe and in yourself……LONG PAUSE

Slowly return……return…..slowly….PAUSE

Come back to your breath…..welcome it in…..joyfully and with ease…PAUSE

Gently…….. Open your eyes……look around you….

See the world in a new and glorious way……..PAUSE 


The integration is complete…….Your third eye chakra is feeling more balanced…..healed and open……PAUSE

You are radiant….. clear…healthy and well…..PAUSE
