Today’s healing will focus on the heart chakra. The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk”. These energy centers are points of intersection where the mind and body meet. Each chakra holds vital information for well being and healing. When a chakra is blocked or closed it may cause physical, emotional or spiritual distress. As I guide you into this healing environment I will work on creating balance and support. 

To best experience this energy treatment…..lie down and be comfortable.

Lets invoke….I call forth your spirit…spirit guides…Angels…masters and guardians to surround you at this time. Working with the energy of love to aid you in joy, compassion and centeredness.…..and so it is….and so be it…..

Close down your eyes….feel your body descend… deeper… and deeper to the surface you're lying on. You are about to go on a journey…..a journey of self discovery and a personal quest…..

The heart chakra is the bridge between the upper and lower chakras…..the place of tenderness…self love and expressions of love….

The element of this energy center is air…..and the breath….PAUSE

Bring all your awareness to the center of your chest where your heart center is located…..you may feel called to place your hands gently there……begin to acknowledge the breath…. Where do you feel the breath most prominently in your body?......PAUSE

Try not to judge or question…..explore it….is the breath in and out of the nose….slow and steady…..or fast and choppy?.....PAUSE

Are you breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in a smooth rhythm or sharply?.....PAUSE

Where is your breath located?.....in the upper chest….or in the belly?.....PAUSE

Once you have noticed that……and you are the witness to your breath……begin to drop in deeper to yourself……deeper..to your heart…..PAUSE

Take deep breaths in……and deep breaths out……PAUSE


We were made from love….love is our natural birthright…..our natural state….PAUSE

Our mothers called us in.. with the help of the universe…..our Spirit heard that call and we were born….. You are love and you are loved…..PAUSE

Feel yourself cradled like a newborn baby….in the womb of the earth…the womb of love…..PAUSE

Listen now to the beating of your heart…..deep deep within you….the sound of life….your life…PAUSE

Open your ears to hear this beating….the sound of the heart…..PAUSE

The rhythm of this heartbeat….is your core and essence of who you are…..it never stops…day in…. and day out…..PAUSE

Beating…Beating….Beating…..PAUSE

It began deep in the womb….and continues throughout your lifespan……PAUSE

Feel its tenderness…..its yearning for love…..its hope and healing……now…LONG PAUSE

As you feel the beating and the awareness of your heart….. Begin to visualize a emerald green light in the center of your chest…..PAUSE

This light grows…..more and more…… feel it warming your upper chest……. Feel it expand and fill your upper body………your arms and hands……your face and upper back………

This light grows downward through your belly…..hips…legs…feet……lower back……PAUSE

Waves of green light….shared by the sound of your beating heart…….PAUSE

It feels so comforting……so peaceful and…..you feel at one…LONG PAUSE

Your heart asks for you to listen…..listen to what your heart cries out……PAUSE

Repeat after me

I am love….

I am letting love into my life…

My heart is open….PAUSE
