I Forgive Myself with Archangel Zadkiel

You have played it over and over again…..the sleepless nights and tormented anguish…you keep rehashing what you could have done better….You have been so mean to yourself…..
It is time to see you as Archangel Zadkiel does……with love and compassion with mercy.. Allow this energy healing to release the burden of forgiveness with his help….

I call forth Archangel Zadkiel at this time of worry, stress and concern…help release me and help me forgive myself… bless this space and our Spirit for the highest and greatest good…and so it is…and so be it…

This healing is best experienced laying down…..if you have a small amethyst crystal place it on your heart……….get nice and comfortable….lay down your body and your worries…..feel yourself surrender…. Once settled, allow your thumb to touch your third finger….this mudra connects you to the Angelic realm……take a nice long slow deep breath in……and a nice long slow deep breath out……….PAUSE

Go within your heartspace…….deep within….connect to your light within in you…….now imagine a string of lights up from that place…..past your throat….past your face…past your forehead…….past the top of the head…….that string of lights goes upward to the angelic realm and connects to Archangel Zadkiel……….

Feel the connection from his heart…down to yours……You send up love……he sends down unconditional love…. tenfold to your heart……….keep feeling the love and vibration…..PAUSE

Now that the heartlink is established…….you can let go of the hand mudra and relax your fingers…….toes and the rest of your body……PAUSE

Archangel Zadkiel appears to you now…….he shows himself in a violet light….this violet light of transmutation…..PAUSE

The violet light surrounds you on all sides……..it creates a violet wall all around you……..feel this vibration……..see the violet light…….PAUSE

He summons you to throw all your negative thoughts and harsh words you say to yourself into the flames around you……PAUSE

The flames grow bigger and higher………..it is healing you and burning away all the pain…..and suffering………PAUSE

The past is in the past…….it no longer haunts you……..you have released it all……PAUSE


Say to yourself
I forgive myself…I am free
I forgive myself ….I am free
I forgive myself…… I am free

The music will play as the energy integrated………PAUSE

A cleansing and a healing has occurred…………..you are free……PAUSE

The walls of the violet flame retreat now………..PAUSE

Archangel Zadkiel stands before you………..he reaches out his arms and holds your hands…..PAUSE

You are ok now…….

All is well….you are completely at peace and held in love…PAUSE

You thank Archangel Zadkiel………and know he will always be with you whenever you need…PAUSE


Returning……..5,4,3……deep breaths in and out……
2,1………completely back………settling back to your space………
Place your hands on your heart………….one more deep breath in and out…….and open your eyes……
