Boundaries are essential for health. It’s a practice to cultivate and distinguish your personal energetic space. GIve yourself permission to tend to yourself, lovingly with discernment and compassion. 

The intention of today’s healing is to create health in your energetic field and aura. So that your physical, mental and emotional body can be clear and healthy. Feel free to come back to this as often as you need when you feel called. You know you will need it, when you feel ungrounded, or overwhelmed.

Blessing your space…calling forth your spirit, spirit guides, angels and masters to be with you…to surround you and support you. Any and all intentions of people, or situations that you are uncomfortable with bring to your mind to release today and create boundaries ... .and so it is…for the highest and greatest good.

I invite you to close your eyes…and settle into your position…relax your body from your head to your toes….

Slow down…..relax…..

Let the breath be effortless….easy….unencumbered…….

Soft….easy….in and out……inhale and exhale……..

Bring to mind a place or situation where you felt safe and protected…..PAUSE

Notice this feeling throughout your whole being……

Safe and well……

Keep noticing the breath… in and out….

Bring your attention….to your inner state…..your spirit……feeling connected…

A oneness……PAUSE

Now feel the energy around your body……..

Be curious and amused as you ask your energy. 

How do I feel at this moment?......

This is your natural state……PAUSE

Imagine your body is your home…..your sweet home…….

All around your perimeter is a garden full of flowers…..fragrant and sweet…..

Breathe it in……welcome it

How beautiful……PAUSE

Beyond the garden is a white picket fence……….all around…….

Slow down and take your time and enjoy your garden…….

It is time to create healthy boundaries…..for yourself

Bring to mind and notice when and where someone trespassed your boundaries…..PAUSE

Did you allow them to pull on your energy?.....

Just notice….and be present for what is coming up………

Do you put others' needs before your own…..to the point of harm….

Take a deep breath……

If you're feeling angry, or annoyed with yourself…….acknowledge it and release it….

You can choose again……..

In this moment you can make new boundaries……..

It is ok to put yourself first……..

It is ok to say no to others………

It is ok to make limits with your energy and time……

Drop into your heart……..PAUSE

Place your hand over your heart……

You know what you need…..listen to that inner voice….

You are strong and capable of standing up for yourself……..

It is not your responsibility for others happiness……..only your own….PAUSE

Feel a rush of energy enter your heart…….like a lighting bolt…….

This energy invigorates you to be strong…..and respect yourself…….

Feel it surround you and coarse through your being…..

Allow the energy to integrate……for the next few moments….. LONG PAUSE

Breathe in….and feel your power…….this is your new program…..

Own, now that you have a new foundation and awareness for setting boundaries….. 

Boundaries are essential for health…..PAUSE
