Beginning Meditation
We give you instruction in the foundational practice of shamata, or calm-abiding meditation. This is THE trailhead to the path of meditation according to the Buddhist tradition. But, as you’ll hear, one needn’t be a Buddhist to enjoy the benefits of this profound and life-changing practice. The only prerequisites are the belief that we can be better than we are today, and the diligence of keeping up a consistent, daily practice.
