Bec is mum to Audrey (8) and today we dive into her story and experiences to grow her family through lifestyle and fertility treatments for her much-longed for second child. We cover some key areas such as the focus on body weight with fertility treatments, her experience with PCOS,  insulin resistance, and Ozempic, the controversial injectable weight loss medication, and finally her experiences with ovulation induction and tracking and fertility treatments trying for baby number two. Of course, we touch on how working on her nutrition has impacted her physical and mental health too.
