This week I had the opportunity to sit down with the Jr. Freestyle Kayak World Champion, Mason Hargrove. Mason shares his story of how he got into kayaking and the journey that brought him to the the World Championships in Spain. We also dive into his competition mindset and why he loves competing so much. Mason also shares a ton of great advice for young athletes that want to chase their dream no matter what that might be.
