On todays Friday Fire I talk about Fear. Fear stands for False Evidence Appearing Real, while Danger is something real. So figure out what is a tangible danger, how to mitigate or eliminate the danger, then what is left is just the 'self doubt' names as fear. If you've eliminated the danger and still have fear, then simply do it it scared and recognize that it is an unnecessary fear.
