Its always a mind fuck when you are presented with a surprise day off from running. Whether you're traveling, having a particularly busy day, or just don't want to run in the rain there will be days where you just can't fit a run in despite your best efforts. We try to answer when this is ok to do and when you should push through and get it done. Spoiler...we aren't totally sure ourselves.
