One of the most common questions I get on meal planning is how to make choosing meals for your plan easier. The other thing I get asked often is how to cook without a recipe. Now I can’t tell you exactly what meals to choose for your family-but I can help you to simplify the process of choosing meals for your meal plan and help you to figure out what to cook, if you’re not interested in cooking with a complicated recipe every night of the week but still want to serve your family satisfying meals they’ll actually eat. I call these go-to meals anchor meals, and in this episode, I’m going to share how to figure out your own anchor meals and how you can use anchor meals to simplify your meal planning.
