Reframing our attitude towards food pushers can be very challenging. After so many years of behaving a certain way and having automatic positive answers when we are offered food, it will be hard to change. However, it’s important to understand that it won’t always be this hard. Like any other skill, saying “no, thanks” gets easier every time you do it. At the end of the day, your actions add up.
