Your words solidify your programming

Ep #132 - Continuing the conversation from last week, we dive into the words you use in your head toward yourself and how they are not benefitting you in your journey of personal growth and life enhancement in your life, let alone in your higher education journey.
We can push those that disagree with us into the shadows because history has shown that totally works in silencing them. Instead, let us first release the harsh judgements and criticisms of ourselves. Inside your head, there is a slew of random thoughts that come across your awareness everyday. 
How do you talk to yourself?
Where do you know there is a more desirable way to communicate with yourself to yourself?
When are you now ready to embrace this new communication in your life?
Our society, our culture, our world has been beating ourselves up long enough. First sit down with yourself and agree to be kinder to yourself - that is a beautiful start.
