Ep #156 - Learning to have healthy, confrontational conversations should be something taught in schools, like in the fifth grade, but that's not happening anytime soon so let's do it today so you can start connecting and loving when you have disagreements with your partner, roommate, neighbor, classmate, co-worker, employees, deli-slicer person, and random person who bumps into you at the mall, lol.
Fight or flight is a real thing and in today's stressed out society we have been trending on the fight side. In today's episode we remedy that and I introduce you to a sure fire system to get you into connecting and loving so you can have those tough conversations instead of the raised voices, yelling, and adrenaline laced interactions that seem all the rage these days.
