Producing a definite result

Ep 91 - Be Decisive. Step into your empowered self. Life is full of important decisions and we often have no idea of the repercussions of our choices until years later. When you decide you are going to start something new in your life what is the energy that you are using to make that decision?
Are you making this decision, taking this action, because of what you want OR because of what someone else wants. You decided to go to college, study this major, join the military, take this new job, commit to this relationship - whatever you have decided you are already putting yourself into this example.
Do you quit when it gets tough or to you embrace discipline, knowing the more you do something the more your mind and body habituate it, and the easier it ultimately becomes for you. Quitting the moment something gets difficult or complicated is hardwiring a negative feedback loop of quitting and failure into your unconscious. 
The longterm effects of this anchoring can be devastating to your self worth, inner-self talk, and your life as a whole. See things you start to fruition and you'll empower yourself one day at a time.
