Ep #137 - Stigmas are all around you. You are susceptible to their effects every day just as much as you are probably guilty of a couple today as well.
We are going to dive into this so we all can get on the same page about how stigmatizing language, thoughts, feelings, and action separate us from one another.
College campuses are supposed to be a bastion of collective growth and evolution. We go there to stretch ourselves beyond that which we think we are capable. If we continue to stigmatize those we don't know or groups of people we are not familiar with then we continue to fear, avoid, and denigrate those we barely know.
It is time to shift ourselves. To open our collective minds and hearts - for the betterment of the entire planet.
