What are some things to look for when picking out the right one?  Q3: If you are cutting and feel exhausted, is it okay to let yourself rest one day a week without any physical activities, including even a long walk? If I am lazy all day, will it affect the process of my cut?  Q4: Why am I losing weight so slowly? I am three weeks into my cut and hitting 10,000 or more steps daily.
