Considerations every parent should keep in mind when it comes to how we both do no harm AND advocate for good with our child's weight and overall emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
A candid encouragement for parents to address their own relationships with food so that the way they food parent will be less inclined to perpetuate generational cycles around disordered eating, chronic dieting, and body image issues.
