Identify your habit identity: Determine who you want to be
Choose one healthy habit: What will help support your identity? Focus on just one habit that falls into the categories of mindset, movement, or food freedom.
Time Inventory: Take a time inventory to see where you can eliminate time-wasting activities. Assess your schedule and identify time slots where you can incorporate the habit into your daily routine.
Create a habit loop: Establish a cue, routine, and reward system for your habit. Use the habit loop to make the habit more automatic and enjoyable.
Track and stack: Track your progress by using a habit tracker and celebrate your successes. Once the habit becomes ingrained, stack new habits onto the existing ones gradually.
