6. Eat to about 80% full: Pay attention to your hunger and fullness cues, stopping before feeling completely stuffed.
7. Have a plan when done eating: Decide what you will do when you've had enough to eat to avoid mindless snacking.
8. Be mindful of alcohol and sugary drinks: Limit consumption and consider setting a personal limit for indulging in these beverages.
9. Mindful of Leftovers: Decide ahead of time how you will handle leftovers.
