Our nervous system needs to be activated in order to become resilient. We cannot become strong without first being tested. We have to have experience to gain experience. This truth is a wakeup call for all of us protective types, the people pleasers, and those who are afraid of the people they love experiencing pain. 
If we remove challenge from our lives and the lives of those around us- we also remove opportunity for them to grow strong, resilient and courageous. This week, Kat walks us through how some recent challenges and inconveniences have become opportunities for her to grow in a purposeful way.
