Sylvia is a development professional with a passion for creating social impact towards more sustainable futures. She is currently a Manager at the UN World Food Programme Innovation Center, working on implementing and scaling innovations that enhance positive outcomes on food security, livelihoods and climate change with a focus on gender and youth.

In this episode Sylvia shares her very personal background and how this shaped her way into the UN WFP, to what extent does the Innovation Department at WFP see itself confronted with the nexus of gender & climate change, how the UN WFP collobarively develops innovation being good both for people and planet.
