#1: Dr. Marina Andrijevic, what is the quantitative connection of Gender & Climate Change?

Release Date:

Is there any evidence of the connection of Gender & Climate Change? Are there figures showing that it really exists? And, what can we do to overcome it?  In this episode I am talking to Dr. Marina Andrijevic from Bosnia Herzegovina. She's a postdoctoral researcher at the Humboldt University in Berlin and at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), researching and writing about the socio economic dimension of climate change and has found answers to the above questions. We discuss about qualitative research in Gender & Climate research, the relevance of girls education and a little WOW effect. Stay tuned!

If you want to check out the paper of Marina et al. and have a look at the very intersting graphics, please find it here (hint: it's definitely worth it!): https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-19856-w
