Welcome to Into The Mirror. Episode 7: Season 2. 
What is real? This seems like some that is obvious to answer but it really isn't. The deeper you dive into any science whether modern or esoteric, you start seeing how belief and reality are very fluid. There is no black and white answer to anything unless you leave it there. We are meant to be so much more but we have our whole life history full of pain that tells us reality is pain and it's as good as it's going to get.
We all buy in to delusions when we have fear guiding us instead of faith. There is no way to avoid pain completely but you can reduce the amount of time you spend in it if you're ready. 
ENTROPY TIME HEALING IS NOT REQUIRED. What I am saying is you don't just have to wait for some sudden unknown day in the future to feel better. You can get better quicker and you actually can speed up these processes but only when you're willing to let go of your old and limiting beliefs.
Being open and learning what this feels like inside and what thoughts correlate to being open takes time but it happens.
You have to be willing to question everything. I mean this and I don't mean everything is fake or unreal but to begin a true awakening you have to know thyself not know thyself based on other-self knowledge of self but YOUR OWN.
Today is a great episode on learning to question the reality you're in and begin to see how right thoughts, right words, right actions, is how it works and it's not your concern to figure out why it works that way at first.
