Jessica Kuka - Head of Brand at BEAUTY BAY, the UK’s online retailer for the beauty obsessed.  Jess started out as a school dropout and trained to be a hairdresser before traveling and studying abroad in Canada and Europe, then finding her calling in fashion marketing. She started out as a marketing assistant for Boohoo in Manchester, and finally made the move to pursue a lifelong dream to work in the US. After two years in NYC and LA, Jess was head hunted for a role in Melbourne soon after, making her move into beauty, and then finally landing at Beauty Bay.
