Zanna Roberts Rassi is an award-winning fashion and beauty journalist and co-founder of Milk Makeup.  Current roles include: Senior Fashion Editor at Marie Claire USA, a Fashion & Style Correspondent for E! News and The Today Show and a mentor on Project Runway.  Originally from Manchester, Zanna now lives in NYC with her husband and twin girls, Rumi and Juno.


On this episode, we get into Zanna's incredibly successful career and her big move from the UK to NYC as well as her tips on how to feel at home in a new city. We chat on why preparation is so key for any job/role, and that the idea of being able to balance and do it all as women, is actually quite a fallacy.  We also get into how Milk Makeup came about, and the ethos behind their utilitarian new age makeup line that’s absolutely killing the game.
