Andrea Kline-Tilford, PhD, CPNP-AC is an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with significant clinical experience in pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiac surgery. She is the NAPNAP Executive Board President and the Professional Issues Department Editor of the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. She is the co-editor of two books: Lippincott Certification Review: Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Cases in Pediatric Acute Care: Strengthening Clinical Decision Making. She has presented internationally on topics of pediatric acute care and pediatric advanced practice nursing, with many publications in these areas. She is an advocate for children and proud mother of two.

In this exciting episode of the TeamPeds Talks Leadership and Career Development series as we talk with two Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experts leading the way in technology resources.  These NAPNAP members and technology experts, Charlene Leanard and Jessica Spruit will be discussing App and podcast development from the perspective of 2 pediatric nurse practitioners. These guests have embraced technology and are leading the way in developing new resources for pediatric providers.
Charlene Pringle is an acute care PNP from Gainesville, Florida. She has been a practicing PICU NP for over 20 years. She is the creator and editor of the PICU Essentials smartphone app, which is used by >15K people worldwide in >100 countries. Much of the content is authored and edited by ACPNPs.
Jessica Spruit is an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Her clinical specialties include pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and palliative care. She has spent the past several years coordinating the pediatric acute care NP program at Wayne State University, where she had the opportunity to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level and identified the need for a podcast such as Nightintales. Jessica is a NAPNAP Executive Board Member-At-Large.
