BONUS EPISODE: Expert AMA with Jena Curtis, EdD

During this week’s AMA, we had Jena Curtis, EdD, who is THE EXPERT when it comes to talking with your kids about sex, sexual health, gender, identity, and intimate relationships. She is a professor of gender and sexuality at SUNY Cortland. After years of being on the main stage for HIV/AIDS advocacy, Jena turned to academia, where she teaches classes on public health, health education, and gender & sexuality. We had an amazing AMA, where parents asked questions about how to repair relationships when "the talk" doesn't go well, where to find the best resources for sexuality and gender for yourself and your kids, and how to communicate honestly, lovingly, and clearly when the topic might be super uncomfortable.
