028: One Year of COVID-19

It’s been one year since COVID-19 first affected our lives, yet we’re still grappling with it. No one expected it to last this long. Now, all of us just want to wrap up the conversation around this virus.  As that is going on, it’s important for all of us business leaders to understand how the situation applies to us, as well. How are we supposed to move forward in our organizations and companies when we take into account all the ways the world has changed over the past year? In this episode, we’re diving deep into this topic to help you understand the answer to that question. To help me out, I brought on a healthcare professional. Dave Muhovich is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Bethel University who has spent a great deal of time wrestling with this issue of the pandemic and how it has impacted businesses.
