011: Organizational Design

First, I want to give you the cold hard fact about organizational design – every organization is perfectly designed to get the results they’re getting.  And if you’re not happy with your results, you think things are failing, or you feel there’s something more you can do to improve and achieve significant growth, then you’ve got to do something about it.   If you want to change your results – then you have to change your design.
