🐝 Bees Breath Humming Exercise | Activate Your Parasympathetic Nervous System & Bee Calm 🍯

In this meditation, we’re activating our parasympathetic nervous systems using a simple version of Bees Breath (also known as Bhramari Pranayama). This practice is a deeply healing way of toning and breathing that supports the body in finding a state of calm and internal regulation.
Toning, humming, and Om-ing are great and immediate ways to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and find inner peace. I often say a relaxed body is a healthy happy body. Because when you find relaxation in your body, it can do the things it needs to do in order keep you healthy and vibrant - with ease.
This practice we’re doing today will support that and you’ll feel it!

Special Notes: Your headphones will need to be removed at some point (around the 5-minute mark) - if you can't hear my cures, just follow your own rhythm doing 8-12 breaths and resting in the silence at the end. If it's your first time listening, feel free to do it without plugging your ears and just humming normally, and then try doing it with plugging your ears for the full effect!
