This is a very interesting topic and really opens the mind of the coaches and to have to think outside the box.  Even more now with the Covid-19 situation and not knowing what we will be able to do with training.
Is there any point of doing any taper? If so how to do it properly.
This conversation really evolved to talk about how to create an environment without looking at the hurdles that you have in front of you that you can’t control but instead getting 100% of every situation and possibility that you have in front of you.
