We had this conversation with the coaches from the other side of the world in episodes 55 & 56 and it was a very good one.  This one is also excellent and I recommend you to listen to all the points of views and thoughts from different coaches of how to take over a program.
Very insightful and with some great tips that can helps us create “sustainable success” in a more effective way when taking over a new program and trying to establish a culture and way of thought.
