#15 | Billy Myers III

First new episode of The Ian Ira Rousso Show since November following replacing my Rodecaster and recording my debut album in New York two weeks ago. Now that that's in the can, it should be weekly from this point. Billy Myers III is a rather unorthodox LA-based comedian who got his start in Orlando. Since then, he has toured the country several times over both as a comedian and a member of several punk bands. He hosts The Riff Raff at Third Wheel in Hollywood which sells out almost every week. There, you can watch dick-punches, armwrestling matches, a bunch of grown ass adults playing musical chairs, and so much more for your entertainment. I go almost weekly. It's worth checking out. This episode, we talk about putting your art out there despite whatever your notions on what perfect is, the conversation surrounding the issue of AI during the WGA strike, and of course, indie rock legends Guided By Voices which sorta plays into the first thing.
