052: Entrepreneur Spotlight: Frank Cupersmith

Release Date:

Today we are excited to have Frank Cupersmith with us. Frank is the CEO and former owner of RowCal, an association management company.    The really interesting thing about Frank is that he decided exactly how he wanted to exit his business. This is something all of us could learn from. Every entrepreneur is going to leave their business somehow. You may sell it, it may fail, or you may even die as the owner. Regardless, you’re going to leave somehow; you might as well do it by design.   This is exactly what Frank did. He was able to sell his company and now has more freedom in his life. We are thrilled to have him on the show to talk about this process and what it did for both his company and himself internally.    If you’re looking to learn from a strong exit strategy or simply want to make a difference the way that Frank has made a difference, tune in.   In this episode, you will hear: Frank’s background in real estate. What his experience of going out on his own and launching a business was like. How he and his partner built momentum in their business. How they started acquiring people and building trust. The importance of investing in your employees. The difference between being an investor and being an owner of a business. How to release people that don’t align with your core values. What gave Frank the courage to sell his shares in his business. How that gave him greater work-life balance.
