When you think of a 100 million dollar company, you probably think of a CEO who was born for the role. You most likely assume she was cut straight from the cloth of parents who mentored her and let her sit on their laps in their big corner offices. Most people believe that is what it takes for someone to eventually own such a successful business themselves.   However, that is not Amy Langer’s story. She is the co-founder and owner of Salo, LLC, an 85 million dollar recruiting and staffing services company. Amy has driven the company's growth through brand affinity and by leading innovative strategic initiatives. All of that and she was raised on a farm.   In this episode, Amy and I talk all about her company’s success.
