This is the first of a three-part interview with Jennifer Smith, the founder and CEO of Innovative Office Solutions as we grace this series on the Secrets of a Scalable Entrepreneur. Jennifer started her entrepreneurial path when she didn’t have any choice but to run their family business. She essentially redesigned it based on her background and knowledge and grew the company from a million dollars to $12 million in just less than two years before she actually sold it.  Jennifer created Innovative Office Solutions in 2001, at a time of the 9/11 crisis and a triple-hit recession in the U.S. when every industry was suffering. As a leader, carrying such weight was not an easy task.
