There are also others who get into the game for the minimum work possible while some love playing this game of being seen as the expert in their field.  As a leader, the difference lies in getting everybody to play the same game – where you’re moving in the same direction and looking at a clear vision. That way, you’re able to channel all of their energy to the best of their creativity. Joining me today is Reuben Saltzman, a second-generation home inspector with a passion for his work. He worked for Structure Tech since it was purchased in 1997 and is now the owner and President of the company.
