Experience Leadership was born out of our commitment to helping businesses that want to make a difference in the world.  Seeing the heart and the hunger of for-profit companies to make a difference but not knowing how to do it, we decided to look for businesses that wanted to do something bigger than just making money. And over the years that we’ve conducted training programs for small business groups and entrepreneurs, we thought it’s time to start building some of those conversations out.  That’s why we started this podcast. And so, we wanted to start this amazing journey with you by asking you this: What purposeful thing can you create out of your business? Because at the end of the day, as you really look at the life of your business, it's going to be about doing something – so it might as well be something good!
