About Stephanie:
Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) and McMillan Running certified running coach with over 10 years of running experience. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

I'm Coach Croft! I am a certified RRCA coach + Chi Running Instructor in Oklahoma but I work with athletes all around the world! My primary focus is on Masters + Menopausal athletes, however, I enjoy connecting with runners of all abilities, celebrating their victories, and helping them achieve their best through coaching + workshops. It is my goal to not only help brand new runners finish their first 5k, but for veteran athletes to reach their goals, while remaining strong + healthy.
