Why are the Seahawks meeting with top QB prospects? Plus my Top 10 QB Prospect Rankings

Another day of QB-related news takes center stage with the Seahawks, with Geno Smith reportedly being told by team brass that he will be in Seattle this coming season.
But wait.... that's not all! At the same time, John Schneider and his staff are meeting with the draft's top QB's at the combine this week.
What does it all mean? Maybe nothing.... or maybe EVERYTHING!
As always, I'll try and break it down and read between the lines.
